WTL - Outreach began as a vision from the Lord Jesus Christ
    of how He wants to care for pregnant and married youth.
         Deep inside me He placed a passion to help mother and baby
    embrace their new family, the child inside of them. To help the  
    family grow together. To empower young men in becoming Godly
    husbands, fathers, and leaders in the community.  The Lord has
    designed the plan.
        "May all young people faced with an unplanned pregnancy
    know the Way, receive the Truth, and choose Life.  There is a
    purpose for you and your baby. "
