WTL - Outreach is developing a multidimensional community for pregnant moms and dads aged 13 – 24 years and their babies. March 8, 2004 we designed THE PLACE, to promote family unity and integrity: father, mother, baby, relatives, and friends.
As we encourage and empower young pregnant moms and dads we believe the cycles of poor parenting, neglect and abuse will be broken. Upholding the sanctity of marriage, we believe in moral purity, sexual abstinence before marriage, and fidelity in marriage. Sensitive to the needs of the pregnant young man and woman, we provide a caring and confidential atmosphere.
We are based in Waller, TX, Harris County a growing rural community in southeast Texas, 40 miles northwest of downtown Houston. It pleases us to serve our community, our independent school districts Waller and Hempstead, Prairie View A&M University, as well as the neighboring counties. Teaching and training others about pregnancy, childcare and healthy life choices in schools, health centers, and churches is an integral part of our outreach service.
Through faith-based efforts, community, foundations and various organizational support we are able to meet our clients needs. We interact with pregnant, parenting, married youth, and children in their home, community sites, and at THE PLACE. 'Protecting Life As Communities Empower'
